Customers are responsible for ensuring correct name/initial/model details during checkout.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable charges.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are personalized and made to order.
5. Returns & Replacement

We do not accept returns for personalized products.

Replacements are only provided for defective or damaged items (proof required within 24–48 hours of delivery).
6. Intellectual Property

Designs, content, and brand elements belong to Navalo and cannot be copied or reproduced.
